State Continuing Education Policies
Please note that our Price Match guarantee only applies at the time of purchase. We will not issue (partial) refunds under the Price Match Guarantee after you have purchased your course(s).
Price Match Guarantee exemption for NMLS courses: for NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Lending Systems) courses (classroom or webinar), StateCE will only Price Match other providers at its own discretion to protect the quality of its offerings.
Because of bank procedures, orders paid with an electronic check (e-check) are subject to a processing period of 10 days in which no certificates will be issued. Should you finish a course you paid for with an e-check within 10 days of ordering, you will need to wait until the 10-day processing period is over before we can release your certificate.

Customers requesting a refund or exchange for an online course must do so within ten (10) days from the order date to receive a full refund. No refund or exchange will be granted for partially completed courses / completed courses.
Customers requesting a refund or exchange after ten (10) days will not be refunded or exchanged. The materials may be used by another student with prior approval by State Continuing Education. Please contact State Continuing Education for details.
Paper Based Courses
If you are not satisfied with any of State Continuing Education courses, you may contact our customer service department toll free at 1.800.994.3040 or by email at support@StateCE.com for a refund or exchange in accordance with the following policy.
Courses returned within ten (10) days from the shipping date will receive a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. No refund or exchange will be granted for completed courses. ALL COURSE MATERIALS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN GOOD, RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.
Courses returned after ten (10) days will not be refunded. They may, however be used by another student with prior approval by State Continuing Education. Please contact State Continuing Education for details.
Classroom Courses / Live Webinar Courses
Customers requesting a refund for classroom or live webinar courses must do so at least 6 days before the class start date.
Because of the nature of our media-assisted courses, we cannot issue refunds.
All courses should be completed within six (6) months from the order date to ensure that all course materials are up-to-date. Courses completed after this date may not be accepted. Please contact customer service at 1-800-994-3040 or support@StateCE.com if your courses have not been completed within six (6) months from the time of your order.

No part of State Continuing Education’s course content may be reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, sold, published, broadcasted or circulated including individuals in the same company or organization without the express written consent of State Continuing Education. Course content received electronically via the Internet may be displayed or printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a course includes a license for one person to use the course materials. It is not permissible to distribute files containing course materials or printed versions of course materials to individuals who have not purchased the course(s) without written consent from State Continuing Education. It is also not permissible to make the course materials available to others over a computer network, Intranet, Internet, or any other storage, transmittal or retrieval system.
Although great effort has been made to ensure State Continuing Education’s course content contains accurate and timely information, it is provided with the understanding that the authors and publishers are not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice. If professional advice is required, the services of a competent advisor should be sought.
At no time will State Continuing Education sell personal information we receive from you to anyone else. Information submitted to State Continuing Education for purchases, registration, or personalized services will be used to fulfill orders and for identification and notification purposes only. Your email address may be used to alert you of upcoming renewal dates and classes offered, relevant professional news and notifications. You may opt out of these email reminders at any time.
All financial transactions conducted through State Continuing Education are encrypted for your security and protection. By using our website you agree to the collection and use of certain information by State Continuing Education.

Ordering Policy – State Continuing Education has the right to cancel any order where the total hours are excessively over the state for a single license renewal cycle. State Continuing Education may cancel your access to courses not completed within six (6) months from the time of your order.
